Martyna

Martyna is a Polish painter residing in London. Graduate of Graphic Design at Pedagogical University and Interior Architecture at Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Martyna has been painting since she was 13, and is passionate about colour. She works with oil. 

'Inspired by nature I am looking for abstract interpretation of light. Playing with colours each piece aims to deliver an independent space with its individual climate, temperature and ambience. I strive to create an intimacy between the painting and the viewer. This intimate connection creates a context which differs from one viewer to another, from one space to another - which I find to be the most interesting aspect of art as such.'
